Refund policy

Returns for unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging intact can be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without a receipt may receive store credit only if a record can not be found of the original sale. Special Orders for non-stock items are not returnable.

SALE RACK items are FINAL SALE only.

DAMAGED ITEMS will be taken back or replaced on a case by case basis. 

POINTE SHOES that are sewn or modified cannot be taken back as well as shoes that have been "broken in"; i.e., stepped on, crushed box, bent shank, etc. Any manual break in should be done by professionals only.

Payments by check returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.
